Ridge Road Repair at 2025 East Shore Drive, Lansing, New York.

My 15 year old Subaru was stopping occasionally for no apparent reason. 3 different mechanics diagnosed the problem 3 different ways over the course of a year, to no avail. Total cost to me: just over $1000 and the problem was STILL there (feedback from the 3 mechanics after I complained their repairs did nothing to help? "Well, we couldn't replicate the problem-but it should be fixed".) Just as I was about to give up and sell the car, a coworker recommended Ridge Road Repair. I went as my last resort. Dave was the only mechanic ever to take the time it took to replicate the problem, the only mechanic to correctly diagnose it, and the only one to finally fix it-for under $250 and in under a day!!! My only regret is that I didn't go to him in the first place and save all that time and money and aggravation. Have been a loyal customer ever since.
